ANALYST II

The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking an Automation Project Support Analyst to join their Technology Integration Unit. This role involves performing advanced analytical work to support reputed company phases of Disability Insurance reputed company reputed company, collaborating with stakeholders to refine business requirements, and recommending improvements to existing programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as system interfaces, program reputed company, business rules, and testing
• Independently analyze business processes to recommend improvements to existing DI programs
• Enhance program effectiveness, support innovation, and improve the overall customer experience
