Sales Design Consultant

Closets By Design of South Central Michigan is hiring Sales Design Consultants to help clients with their home organization needs. This role offers comprehensive sales and design training, with pre-set appointments provided for client meetings, making it ideal for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided)
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities
• Educate customers on our products and services
• Follow our Sales Training and utilize effective communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organization needs

Skills

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
• We are seeking coachable candidates who are eager to learn
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to work in a business professional environment
• Basic computer and math skills
