Engineering Leadership Program Engineer - Class of 2026 (Computer Science/Software)

They are seeking an Engineering Leadership Program Engineer to rotate across various teams, support critical systems, and complete a technical master’s degree while engaging in community and reputed company development activities.

Responsibilities

• As an Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for reputed company you’ll rotate across several cross functional teams and opportunity to support other sites that are responsible for Strategic Weapon Deterrence, Shipboard Electronic Integration, Submarine Combat Systems and more
• While completing different rotations you will also complete a technical master’s degree, undergo internal training, be involved in community engagement, and establish a strong reputed company network

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical, Systems or a reputed company specialized area or field is required
• At least 0-3 years of reputed company work experience
• Candidates must be reputed company to obtain a reputed company Secret reputed company clearance reputed company a reasonable reputed company of time from date of hire
