[Remote] Technical Business Analyst

They are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to connect people, processes, and technology while supporting system reputed company, troubleshooting issues, and managing equipment inventory.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and analyze business requirements to support system enhancements and operational needs
• Write and refine user stories; manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value
• reputed company business analysis activities, including documenting requirements and creating project specifications
• Validate software performance, stability, and interoperability across systems
• Support Change Requests through SIT, UAT, reputed company UAT, and production deployment
• Build a working understanding of departmental processes, systems, and applications to effectively troubleshoot issues
• Partner with reputed company technical teams to report, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
• reputed company and maintain equipment inventory, ensuring reputed company assets are accurately logged
• Support system updates and coordinate testing with reputed company technical teams
• Assist with system credential requests for both reputed company and reputed company systems

Skills

• Minimum of one year of experience in systems analysis, including writing user stories and refining requirements through team collaboration
• Experience working directly with staff, product teams, and reputed company teams to support product reputed company and roadmaps
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and Visio
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work weekend hours as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or a reputed company field
