CRM Specialist

Murad is currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated CRM Specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of customer lifecycle marketing programs. The ideal candidate will help drive CRM reputed company by partnering closely with multiple teams to deliver engaging, reputed company-driving customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, loyalty, subscription, and printed campaigns
• Assist in building and maintaining automated lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, winback, etc.)
• reputed company audiences based on behavioral, transactional, and engagement data
• QA campaigns and flows to ensure accuracy in content, targeting, and tracking
• Analyze campaign performance and reputed company reporting on KPIs, including reputed company reputed company, click reputed company, conversion reputed company, reputed company, and retention
• Collaborate with creative, product, and eCommerce teams to reputed company messaging with promotions and launches

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or digital marketing
