[Remote] Liability (Personal Injury) Claims - reputed company Assurance Specialist - Remote (Part-Time)

This remote role focuses on maintaining the highest standards in reviewing reports and addenda generated by their physician panel, ensuring accuracy and reputed company in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review IME reports, file reviews, and other documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to formatting guidelines
• Address issues in referral letters and ensure reputed company reputed company assurance expectations are exceeded
• Work closely with physicians and clients
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing regular updates on report status
• Monitor deadlines, including urgent reputed company requests, to ensure reputed company report completion and release
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing reputed company issues promptly and streamlining communication with reputed company stakeholders involved in the IME and file review process

Skills

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of reputed company experience in liability claims management, reputed company assurance and/or reputed company background
• Must have excellent attention to detail while working on tight turnaround times
• Knowledge of CPLR 320 and 3121 and Uniformed Rules NYS Trial Courts 202.17
• Working knowledge of medical terminology
• Must be proficient in reputed company Word
• Experience with reputed company reputed company also desired
• Bachelor's degree preferred
