Business Analyst

Prophix is a company that helps finance teams enhance their operations through their Financial Performance Platform. They are seeking a Business Analyst who will work closely with clients on consulting reputed company, providing product expertise and managing customer issues to ensure high reputed company of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients on various short term consulting reputed company
• Take guidance from more senior staff to be reputed company to solve customer problems
• Take part in several remote implementations including the implementation and training of various Prophix solutions
• reputed company product expertise and guidance to reputed company customers
• Work independently and proactively to manage customer issues and to assure the highest reputed company of customer satisfaction
• Respond to inquiries pertaining to customer's business problems
• Work on internal project work, under the guidance of the PS team

Skills

• Two (2) or less years of relevant work experience
• Must possess strong business and entrepreneurial skills
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational ability is required as the candidate will be required to manage multiple reputed company concurrently
• Must be comfortable working in a project environment interacting with senior level executives including CFOs, VPs and other line finance staff
• Must possess a working knowledge of generally accepted reputed company principles and be familiar with the financial statement preparation process. Comprehension of financial concepts/terminology is required
• Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
• Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
