[Remote] Physician Recruitment Coordinator (Remote)

The role involves sourcing and engaging physician candidates, maintaining candidate pipelines, and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute extensive, daily sourcing campaigns across specialized medical job boards (e.g., PracticeMatch, NEJM CareerCenter, DocCafe, reputed company) and reputed company Recruiter
• Conduct initial phone screenings and introductory calls with physicians to assess baseline qualifications, reputed company interest reputed company, and answer preliminary questions about the reputed company
• Monitor incoming applications and reputed company responses, ensuring a reputed company reputed company to reputed company interested providers
• Maintain meticulous, reputed company-time data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate pipelines
• Post, refresh, and optimize physician job requisitions on reputed company career site and external job boards to maximize visibility

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of recruitment, sourcing, or HR support experience
• Experience specifically in reputed company or physician recruitment
• Proven ability to reputed company job boards, utilize Boolean search strings, and proactively reputed company out to passive candidates reputed company email, phone, or reputed company messaging
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence and polish required to reputed company directly with high-level medical professionals

• MUST HAVE PHYSICIAN RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE
