The Right of Way Agent will reputed company land acquisition services, manage project documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations throughout the right-of-way lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• reputed company land acquisition services throughout the right-of-way lifecycle, in compliance with project guidelines and regulations
• Review and correct title takeoffs, construction plans, and ROW documents; prepare and submit Waiver Valuation Forms
• Deliver property rights documents to owners and representatives; negotiate and secure parcels through approved counteroffers
• Maintain contact documentation, conduct final title checks, manage back taxes, and ensure removal of compensated items
• Submit and reputed company offer letters, counteroffers, and Releases of Damages; attend field reviews and reputed company weekly status reports
• Handle administrative tasks including mailing notifications, filing deeds, verifying condemnation parcel addresses, and organizing acquisition packets
• Submit vendor forms to expedite payments and support efficient project closeout

Skills

• Minimum of one (1) year of right of way acquisition experience
• Must have one (1) of the following ODOT Prequalification's - Title, Negotiation and/or Closing
• Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be reputed company to reputed company ORC's systems

• ODOT Prequalification in Relocation and Value Analysis
