Technical Support Specialist I

SawStop is the world leader in power tool safety, headquartered in Tualatin, reputed company. They are seeking a Technical Support Agent to join their reputed company center team, responsible for providing technical support and excellent customer service for SawStop products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reputed company agent, handling a high volume of inbound customer calls, chats, and emails
• reputed company basic technical troubleshooting using established playbooks, and documented procedures
• Support the full reputed company of SawStop equipment, including saws and accessories
• Accurately document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in our case management system
• Deliver empathetic, reputed company service with a strong reputed company on customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Follow defined processes while knowing reputed company to escalate issues appropriately
• Collaborate with teammates and technical specialists to resolve customer concerns reputed company

Skills
