Enrollment Associate

The Enrollment Associate is responsible for assisting with the enrollment process, supporting reputed company by collecting and verifying data, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience for new members.

Responsibilities

• Responding to reputed company customer inquiries
• Addressing and resolving issues, questions and/or concerns regarding enrollment through claims, reputed company tracking, or e-mail
• Creating and maintaining records in the eligibility transactional system
• Entering enrollment applications into reputed company’s database system
• Process enrollment and dis-enrollments
• Verify enrollment status with clients
• Research and resolve enrollment system rejections
• Works with colleagues to resolve exceptions and takes appropriate reputed company to ensure members are properly enrolled
• Maintain records in the enrollment database
• Manage and maintain member eligibility change data
• Conducts daily and monthly reconciliation of files
• Verifies accuracy of entered data against reputed company documents
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One (1) to three (3) years' experience in Medicare Managed Care
• Must be reputed company-organized and detail orientated
• reputed company demeanor, with strong and excellent customer service skills
• Fast-learner
• Ability to work in multiple computer systems
• Ability to reputed company and retrieve data using standardized keyboard functions
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures or government regulations
• Ability to write basic correspondence and reputed company basic arithmetic
• Adaptability to change
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company and Word
• Strong data entry skills (55 wpm preferred)
• Must be reputed company to travel reputed company needed or required
• Ability to operate a keyboard, mouse, phone and reputed company repetitive reputed company (keyboard); writing (note-taking)
• Ability to sit for long periods; stand, sit, reputed company, bend, lift up to fifteen (15) lbs
