[Remote] Operations Analyst, Plan Loading

The Operations Analyst, Plan Loading will support reputed company aimed at improving process efficiency through system configuration and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate information loading.

Responsibilities

• reputed company detailed oriented work with a high level of accuracy and adherence to reputed company QA/QC protocols
• Experience with designs, builds, and configuration workflows and utilize this knowledge to reputed company insights into opportunities for workflow improvements
• Understand aggregated configuration data to identify updates required and to measure the reputed company of any changes on internal operations and existing configuration
• Load configuration data into the reputed company system accurately and in a reputed company manner
• Use internal tools and technical processes, in particular database querying and benefit or reimbursement configuration concepts
• Build SQL queries and translate technical analyses into easily digestible communications to a nontechnical audience
• Identify and report on any data/data infrastructure gaps, deficiencies, or irregularities
• Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• 1+ years of working knowledge of health plan benefit concepts (e.g., deductibles and other forms of cost sharing, etc.)
• 1+ years of proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint and/or comparable programs reputed company the reputed company Docs Editors suite (e.g., reputed company Docs, reputed company Sheets, reputed company Slides)
• 1+ years of experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets using reputed company or a similar database language to solve business problems
• A bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
• Working knowledge of medical coding concepts (e.g., CPT, HCPCs and ICD-10 coding)
• Proficiency in SQL
