- Process condolence requests, including sending packages and updating employee records
- Validate and process POA documentation and L564 Medicare employment verification forms
- Assist with benefit appeals by collecting documentation and ensuring reputed company submission
- Maintain compliance records and support audits in alignment with QMSCO standards

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
