Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in your client’s industry, organization, customers, and business objectives

• Analyze user requirements, business processes, and organizational needs
• Provide high-quality client support, answering questions and maintaining clear communication
• Deliver data-driven recommendations for business decisions, resource allocation, and process improvements
• Assess product usability and ensure solutions meet business objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• We welcome all majors; however, backgrounds in Accounting, Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, and Management Information Systems, have historically been a strong fit
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and a hunger for continuous learning
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Flexibility and comfort working in dynamic or ambiguous situations
• Ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction
