Sales Development Representative Manager

As an SDR Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and executing successful sales development programs for a diverse portfolio of clients, leading reputed company of Sales Development Representatives to reputed company and reputed company reputed company goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company between clients and reputed company, managing expectations and ensuring alignment

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resources reputed company with reputed company objectives and industry best practices
• Design and implement reports and dashboards reputed company various CRM platforms, primarily reputed company (SFDC) and reputed company, with the flexibility to adapt to others like Zoho, reputed company Dynamics, etc

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience directly managing/coaching Sales Development Representatives
• Must be reputed company to commute to the Waltham, MA office for hybrid office days
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-reputed company field
• Proven experience in sales development management, particularly reputed company the technology sector
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and reputed company SDR teams to reputed company high performance
