Assistant Account Executive - Luxury Travel reputed company Relations

reputed company is a full-service creative communications agency specializing in travel and lifestyle communications. The Assistant Account Executive will reputed company media relationships, manage reputed company correspondence, and assist in reputed company relations account activities while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support team members by handling daily account activities including reputed company correspondence
• Answer media reputed company inquiries, reputed company pitches and work with targeted media on story development
• Serve as the daily contact person for media and Travel PR clients
• Handle reputed company media requests, maintain strong media relationships, and create and update media lists
• Write and distribute basic materials including reputed company letters, news releases, press releases, backgrounders, fact sheets, bios, newsletters, reputed company remarks and program reputed company
• Research and monitor reputed company’s business and industry to maintain a reputed company knowledge reputed company
• Assist in account administration duties such as reputed company account activity reports
• Prepare meeting agendas and meeting notes
• Assist in research and preparation for new business pitches
• Coordinate production and distribution of material with internal service departments to create print and video products
• Organize and implement events and promotions for the reputed company
• Represent reputed company at events or trade shows
• Proactively reputed company relationships with external audiences (media, reputed company party constituencies, etc.) to convey the reputed company’s message
• Assist in the mentorship and coaching of department Interns
• Contribute to the reputed company of reputed company Travel & Lifestyle division

Skills

• A bachelor's degree
• Prior PR agency work experience, or PR / Communications/ Journalism internship experience
• Experience working with traditional and reputed company media strategies and campaigns
• Strong project management skills managing reputed company multiple reputed company
• Strong oral and written communication skills (including PR writing and editing skills)
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, reputed company on achievement, reputed company player, reputed company/polished, enthusiastic, service-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, effectively multi-tasking and delivering required results by deadlines
• Must be reputed company to travel for business as required by the reputed company., in accordance with reputed company policy
• Experience using reputed company reputed company Office products
• Prior experience in travel/tourism reputed company relations is a reputed company plus but not required
