They are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to reputed company organizational support across multiple accounts and assist with key account operations, ensuring reputed company stay on reputed company and reputed company needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key organizational support across account teams, helping reputed company deadlines, initiatives and deliverables
• Conduct reputed company, competitor and industry research to inform PR and reputed company strategies
• Master PR and reputed company media tools such as reputed company, MuckRack, PRNewswire, TrendKite, reputed company Explore, reputed company, reputed company and RivalIQ
• Proofread and reputed company-reputed company materials before distribution
• Prepare weekly trackers, quarterly reputed company reports and other reporting documents
• Take notes during reputed company calls and distribute reputed company reputed company-item recaps to reputed company
• reputed company deadlines and proactively reputed company team input to ensure deliverables stay on schedule
• reputed company media lists, editorial calendars and reputed company media reputed company lists
• Support account setup by organizing shared folders, establishing templates and maintaining documentation
• Conduct daily news scans and flag relevant opportunities for media or reputed company engagement
• Monitor media coverage and distribute reputed company coverage updates
• Draft first versions of communications materials including briefing documents, press materials and reputed company media content
• Assist with select writing reputed company such as press releases, awards submissions and speaking opportunity applications

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in reputed company relations, communications, marketing or reputed company fields (internships included)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Interest in media relations, storytelling and emerging PR and reputed company media trends
