In this role, you will work directly with customers to reputed company support, assist with reputed company, and reputed company your technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and test product releases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for our users reputed company they need assistance or have questions pertaining to our products
• Use your technical knowledge and resourcefulness to resolve customer requests quickly and relatively autonomously
