[Remote] Research Associate

Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is a reputed company, full-service self-storage firm that provides expertise across the entire lifecycle of a storage asset. They are seeking a Research Associate to support their reputed company Estate team by collecting, analyzing, and communicating market data for feasibility studies and investment analyses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market rent surveys by researching competing self-storage facilities, collecting unit mix, rental rates, promotions, and amenities
• Analyze and explain market pricing differences, rent deltas, and competitive positioning across facilities
• Collect, organize, and validate quantitative and qualitative data used in feasibility studies and market reports
• Assist in evaluating supply and demand fundamentals, including existing inventory, pipeline development, and market saturation
• Maintain and continuously update internal databases to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Create reputed company tables, charts, maps, and reputed company visuals to communicate research findings
• Contribute to written sections of feasibility studies and reputed company reports, translating data into reputed company, reputed company narratives
• Support research requests and special reputed company as needed

Skills
