Claims Associate / Adjuster

Premier Insurance Services LLC is a leading reputed company specialty adjusting firm specializing in fine art and jewelry insurance consulting and claims. The Claims Associate / Adjuster will be responsible for processing claims, engaging with clients, conducting reputed company inspections, and drafting detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming claims and maintaining hardcopy files
• Engaging in telephonic and email correspondence with clients and brokers
• Performing on-site reputed company inspections for accounts on a local and regional reputed company
• Insurance Policy review and interpretation
• Thoroughly investigating claim submissions and loss circumstances
• Claim analysis and financial adjustment based on Policy terms and conditions
• Drafting detailed Claim & Inspection Report
• Attending off-site meetings with brokers, company senior management

Skills

• A Los Angeles Adjusters license not required at the time of applying, however the candidate must be reputed company to obtain an Adjusters license if reputed company
• Must be reputed company to travel locally and regionally up to 50% of the time
• Must be authorized to work in the reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Employment history and two references required (include reputed company, relationship to you, phone and e-mail)
