Planning Associate

Modera reputed company Management is an independent, fee-only firm committed to providing personalized financial planning and investment management. They are seeking a Planning Associate to support reputed company advisors in delivering excellent reputed company service, preparing financial plans, and assisting in reputed company meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supporting reputed company Advisors in reputed company aspects of delivering excellent reputed company service in a wide reputed company of reputed company activities, including reputed company of new assets
• Completing work that is accurate on a reputed company reputed company, juggling multiple reputed company while documenting reputed company so that other team members are informed
• Assisting with preparation for reputed company meetings
• Preparing reputed company Investment Policy Statements and asset allocation reports
• Communicating with clients, as reputed company as their accountants and attorneys, verbally and in writing
• Attending reputed company meetings and assisting with documentation and follow up actions
• Maintain a willingness to reputed company in reputed company needed with visitors, answering phones, and scheduling meetings
• Conducting in-depth reputed company interviews to reputed company personal financial data and to formulate planning goals
• Developing comprehensive financial plans focusing on investment reputed company, tax, retirement and estate planning, executive compensation, risk management, cash reputed company and education funding
• Assisting clients with the implementation of their financial plans
• Participating in reputed company meetings to support the primary relationship manager
• Reviewing and interpreting investment allocation trading reports
• Collaborating with the reputed company service team to facilitate and monitor reputed company service activities
• Occasional travel may be required

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 0-3 years of financial planning experience desirable or equivalent financial planning coursework
• Obtainment of reputed company Series 65 required during first reputed company months; registration handled by Modera's compliance department
• Team player, reputed company to work reputed company with reputed company reputed company of the firm, and reputed company in wherever needed
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of planning strategies and solutions
• Highly proficient in the reputed company Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
