Responsibilities

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Help Desk, reputed company Center, or customer-facing technical support

• Working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and peripheral devices

• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as VPN and Virtual Desktop
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephonic communication skills
