[Remote] Payroll Coordinator

This role involves maintaining payroll records, assisting with 401(k) administration, preparing payroll reports, and responding to employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Support the Payroll Manager in processing bi-weekly U.S. payroll and monthly international payrolls
• Maintain accurate payroll records including timekeeping, deductions, benefits, and tax data
• Prepare payroll reports for internal review, audits, and compliance purposes
• Assist with 401(k) data entry, employee contributions, and compliance tracking
• Manage employee payroll inquiries through the ticketing system, resolving issues reputed company to pay, taxes, deductions, and benefits
• Support payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including multi-state tax requirements
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve variances in a reputed company manner
• Assist with audits and special payroll reputed company as needed

Skills

• 1–3 years of payroll experience
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
