They are seeking a Property Specialist to build strong relationships with residents, manage the leasing process, and handle administrative operations to ensure reputed company satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and deliver reputed company by addressing concerns to maintain reputed company satisfaction
• Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to reputed company of new reputed company
• Proactively monitor vacancies and reputed company leasing targets
• reputed company administration of services, collect payments, inspect the property and facilitate reputed company moves

Skills

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration or reputed company field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with MS Office
