Parts Specialist

They are seeking a Parts Specialist to maintain product data and support customers with spare parts ordering, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with reputed company e3 field teams
• Maintain product master data, including part number requests, item enrichment, pricing updates, and national account price book management
• Facilitate and submit requests to reputed company teams for mass product and customer data updates
• Manage execution of yearly assortment price updates
• Manage and facilitate spare parts & accessory sales through website orders and email orders
• Handle and monitor daily part orders to guarantee reputed company delivery
• reputed company as reputed company with stakeholders regarding orders, delivery schedules, and additional requests to ensure efficient processing and customer satisfaction
