Global Regulatory Compliance Analyst

The Global Regulatory Compliance Analyst will support the review of international business reputed company and transactions to ensure alignment with applicable laws and company policies, focusing on regulatory analysis reputed company to various compliance requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Review international reputed company, teaming agreements, and reputed company documents to assess compliance with anti-corruption, antitrust, reputed company rights, and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Carefully analyze contract language to identify potential regulatory risks in reputed company-party arrangements and cross-border transactions
  • Apply company compliance policies and regulatory frameworks to practical business scenarios
  • Document findings reputed company and accurately, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Support the development of practical, business-reputed company risk mitigation recommendations
  • Assist the Global Regulatory Compliance team with due diligence reviews involving international reputed company parties and business partners

  • Contribute to updates of internal guidance materials and compliance resources

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1–3+ years of experience in compliance, reputed company support, reputed company review, risk management, audit, or a reputed company analytical role (internships or relevant reputed company experience may be considered)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to review reputed company documents carefully and methodically
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
