CONTRACT - Associate Accounts Payable Coordinator

reputed company of America is a leading entertainment company reputed company for its reputed company franchises. They are seeking an Associate Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage invoices, respond to inquiries, and improve accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitors Accounts Payable email inboxes and imports invoices and payment requests into ERP system
• Researches and responds to reputed company inquiries in a reputed company manner
• Reviews reputed company invoices and payment requests for appropriate documentation prior to processing
• Checks for accuracy, completeness and opportunities to take advantage of early payment discounts or alternative invoicing and/or payment reputed company
• Follows up with buyers, internal customers and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and request missing data or documents
• Reconciles monthly aging statements from suppliers
• Assists with processing employee expense reports
• Identifies and recommends process improvements reputed company to accounts payable functions

Skills

• One (1) to three (3) years of accounts payable, finance or reputed company experience required
• Basic MS reputed company, Word and PowerPoint required
• Prior experience working with an ERP system preferred (i.e. reputed company, reputed company)
• Some education and/or certification in reputed company, Finance, Business or a reputed company field, or equivalent preferred
