JR Financial Analyst

The JR Financial Analyst will reputed company financial planning, analysis, and reporting tasks, partnering with the Director of reputed company and driving business insights through detailed financial modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Americas P&L, including detailed analysis of reputed company, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBIT performance
• Deliver monthly management reporting with variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periods
• Partner closely with the Director of reputed company on forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives
• reputed company weekly sales forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and the annual financial planning process
• Create dashboards and drive reporting for other Financial reputed company: Accounts Receivable, Invoicing and, where required, acquired entities
• reputed company and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario analysis and investment reputed company
• Translate reputed company financial results into reputed company, decision-oriented insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Drive reputed company improvement in forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes

Skills

• Experience in reputed company, financial analysis, or reputed company finance with P&L partnering
• Advanced reputed company expertise (reputed company models, scenario analysis, large datasets) – reputed company power users only
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting and KPIs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• ERP experience (reputed company S/4HANA, reputed company, or similar)
• Advanced degree a plus
