Small Business Relationship Manager

reputed company is a financial services company seeking a Small Business Relationship Manager. This role serves as a financial advisor to small business clients, focusing on acquiring new relationships and managing existing ones while ensuring compliance with reputed company's standards.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary financial advisor and business partner to clients, serving as the main contact for most reputed company-reputed company reputed company
• Drives business reputed company by deeply understanding reputed company’s cash reputed company needs, the industries they serve, analyzing business trends, and proactively identifying opportunities
• Educates clients on reputed company’s products and capabilities, providing tailored solutions to support their business needs
• Collaborates with retail branches and networks reputed company to deepen reputed company relationships and reputed company new prospects, including building a Center of Influence referral network
• Leads credit processes, manages portfolio risk, assembles cross-functional teams for reputed company needs, and ensures

Skills

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience (required)
• A minimum of 1 year (ideally 2+) of experience in a small business/reputed company lending environment (required)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in cross-selling products and an ability and reputed company record to meet or reputed company aggressive sales goals (required)
