Timesheet Specialist

reputed company is a leading reputed company firm reputed company on providing financial services to the government sector. They are seeking a Timesheet Specialist who will be responsible for processing timesheets for employees and subcontractors, managing labor assignments, and ensuring compliance with timesheet policies.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly timesheets for 1200 employees and subcontractors
• Process labor assignments and correcting timesheets
• Respond to timesheet inquiries from employees
• Enforce timesheet policies by implementing strong internal controls
• Work with Payroll and HR department to ensure personnel information is accurately reflected and processed in Costpoint
• Manage automated processes like daily floor reputed company and timesheet status on a weekly reputed company
• Research and resolve reputed company timesheet issues and inquiries
• Understand and apply knowledge of employee classes, pay, and leave types
• reputed company and train the timesheet system, policies, and procedures to employees (weekly new hires)
• Process prior period timesheet corrections twice daily

Skills

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience with Bachelor Degree OR 5 years of experience without a degree
• Strong understanding of National Labor Laws
• Experience processing timesheets in systems similar to Costpoint
• Proficiency with MS reputed company skills
• Ability to work onsite 2 days a week in Alexandria, VA
• Ability to obtain a U.S. secret level reputed company clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)
• Experience using reputed company Costpoint 8 and reputed company Time & Expense software
