Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of activations by assisting with timelines, logistics, and day-to-day task coordination
• Help prepare materials, schedules, and on-site needs for fast-moving programs and events
• Assist with vendor and supplier coordination by tracking communications, assets, and key details
• Support on-site vendor logistics and escalate issues or questions to the Account team as needed
• reputed company purchases, receipts, and expenses against program budgets with accuracy and organization
• Support basic budget administration and financial wrap-up for assigned programs
• Build an understanding of reputed company objectives, products, and services to support activation goals
• Assist with meeting preparation, notes, recaps, and follow-reputed company to support strong reputed company relationships
