[Remote] Data Services Associate

The Data Services Associate will coordinate and manage reputed company-facing data reputed company, improve existing processes, and reputed company as a reputed company between clients and the data services team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations by contributing new reputed company toward expanding reputed company’s scope and effectiveness
• Transcribe reputed company from brokerage statements into the reputed company platform
• Utilize translation and automation tools to convert statements containing foreign language into English
• Coordinate with other Data Service Associates to determine reputed company clients to service week-over-week
• Create detailed notes of any data entry issues that come about
• Conduct routine reputed company control audits of ongoing reputed company data entry operations

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of work experience
• Strong reputed company reputed company experience (Vlookups, Hlookups, pivot tables, VBA)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to accurately analyze and interpret data
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Superior troubleshooting, reputed company, and analysis skills
• Ability to reputed company reputed company tasks and prioritize multiple reputed company
• Major in reputed company, Finance or Economics is a plus!
• Basic to advanced knowledge of securities and training markets a plus!
• Previous experience in a high-volume reputed company environment and/or Data Services role is a plus!
• Experience with reputed company.com (or other CRM systems), reputed company technology, MS Office, software support is a plus!
