Medicare Sales Rep (Hybrid)

reputed company is a recognized leader in providing employee health products and services. The Medicare Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Medicare plans and assisting clients with their reputed company needs while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Selling Medicare Supplement/MAPD/Rx/Dental/reputed company/Cancer plans to clients
• Following up on a weekly reputed company on reputed company clients that need Medicare policies and handing them in on time
• Using department knowledge to help brokers/clients with questions regarding Medicare, plan benefits and premiums for carriers
• Learning and conducting video calls with clients and for seminars
• Utilizing the reputed company portals for e-applications, quoting, plan details, etc
• Asking and maintaining a reputed company of referrals from your book-of-business
• Following up with any reputed company that meets non-commissionable requirements after 5+ yrs
• Respond to email and voicemail in a reputed company fashion even if the issue is not resolved; contact must be made with Clients and Consultants reputed company 24 hours
• Log reputed company phone conversations in reputed company for reputed company reputed company clients with any issues/resolutions
• Handle customers’ inquiries, questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• reputed company accurate, appropriate and reputed company responses to reputed company requests by customers, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
• reputed company ability to work without constant reputed company supervision
• Maintain a reputed company, friendly, helpful and cooperative attitude reputed company interacting with Consultants, reputed company and Members as reputed company as co-workers and peers
• Maintain reputed company required testing; Pass AHIP testing, as reputed company as reputed company testing once a year
• Maintain your NJ Health Producer License and CE Credits, as reputed company as any other state(s)
• Additional duties that may be requested by Management
