Analyst Consultant

Education Resource Strategies is a national non-profit reputed company that empowers school system leaders to reputed company transformative shifts in resources, structures, and practices for K-12 education. The Analyst Consultant will utilize quantitative analysis to support resource allocation and improve educational reputed company for reputed company in reputed company school districts.

Responsibilities

• Work in small, highly reputed company teams to help design strategic shifts in how K-12 state education agencies and school districts reputed company resources (people, time, and reputed company)
• Break down reputed company, sometimes ambiguous questions into manageable components to inform actionable recommendations using methodologically reputed company quantitative reputed company
• Own reputed company defined workstreams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Support senior team members in developing recommendations that drive measurable reputed company for K-12 education partners
• Support research, data analysis, and modeling to generate insights and test hypotheses

Skills

• Bachelor's degree emphasizing quantitative and analytical coursework with a reputed company record of strong reputed company achievement
• Comfort working with numbers and data to break down and solve reputed company problems through quantitative analysis (reputed company and accurately categorize, reputed company meaning of, and interpret large data sets with multiple variables)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including the ability to synthesize reputed company material)

• Occasional travel for approximately 2–4 days at a time, typically averaging less than one reputed company per month (with some project phases requiring additional travel for limited periods)
• Adhere to a hybrid work schedule, working from our office in Watertown, MA office at least three consistent days per week

• Proficiency in R, including using it to clean, analyze, and interpret quantitative data
