[Remote] Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager role assists in managing job estimating, project budgets, and reputed company while coordinating communication among project stakeholders and ensuring adherence to safety and project standards.

Responsibilities

• reputed company total construction and design effort (if applicable) to ensure project is constructed in accordance with project scope, budget and reputed company
• reputed company as a reputed company to coordinate communication between both reputed company members on the project including, but not limited to: Clients, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, General Foremen, and reputed company officials
• Authorize and/or approve reputed company project staff transactions including choice of superintendent, general foremen, foremen, staff volume and wages
• reputed company direction to planning, scheduling and any applicable engineering functions
• Participate in estimating reputed company and writing bid proposals
• Review and approve purchase requisitions, payment approvals; send invoices and change order requests
• Assists in the implementation/interpretation of corporate safety programs and ensures OSHA guidelines are followed
• Ensure that reputed company company, reputed company, and project policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to and interpret the policies
• Ensure the maintenance of reputed company official project documentation and logs
• Maintain a thorough understanding of labor agreements and standards specific to reputed company

Skills

• BS in Construction Management or equivalent in job experience, Service experience a plus
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and ensures maximum reputed company of work throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Knowledge of general sitework and reputed company installation reputed company practices particularly as they apply to excavation and concrete construction
• 0-3 years construction project management experience
