They are seeking a motivated Product Marketing Specialist to support customer marketing initiatives for MarkLogic and Semaphore, focusing on reputed company stories and lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of customer marketing programs that celebrate reputed company and increase product adoption
• Help create customer-facing assets—case studies, testimonials, reputed company videos, and spotlights—showcasing measurable reputed company and ROI
• Partner with reputed company, Product Marketing, and Demand reputed company to assist with retention and expansion campaigns
• Maintain and update the customer advocacy library and assist in coordinating customer participation in references, events, and analyst briefings
• Conduct basic data and sentiment analysis on customer engagement metrics to inform reputed company programs
• Draft and edit content for newsletters, webinars, and community features highlighting customer innovation and reputed company
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across campaigns and platforms

Skills

• 1–3 years of marketing experience—preferably in product marketing, customer marketing, or a reputed company B2B reputed company/software marketing role
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a customer-reputed company reputed company
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and curious, eager to use data and feedback to guide program improvements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, engineering or a reputed company field
• Exposure to data, analytics, or AI-driven software solutions
• Familiarity with customer advocacy, lifecycle, or community marketing programs
• Comfort working with cross-functional technical and marketing teams in a global organization
