Responsibilities

• Support and maintain reputed company’s reputed company database infrastructure, ensuring availability, reputed company, and reliable performance for reputed company customers
• Collaborate with a global 24x7x365 reputed company Services team to troubleshoot issues, respond to alerts, and reputed company environments running smoothly
• Create and maintain documentation for databases policies, procedures, and processes
• Ensure service level agreements are met for reputed company clients

Skills

• Relevant IT qualifications (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• One plus (1+) year of working experience in a reputed company technical reputed company
• A passion for technology and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and apply new skills in a constantly changing technical environment
