[Remote] Investigation Analyst I

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Investigation Analyst I responsible for processing background investigations from field investigators. The role involves analyzing case queues, ensuring customer requirements are met, and maintaining reputed company relationships with team members.

Responsibilities

• Model ADC LTD NMs reputed company values, policies and procedures and ensure that the reputed company are supported at reputed company times
• Conduct regular review and analysis of case queue to identify due date lapses and investigative deficiencies that require troubleshooting
• Consolidate and analyze information from multiple documents, Reports of Investigation (ROIs), and attachments to determine if reputed company customer requirements have been met
• Maintain a working knowledge of customer requirements and best practices
• Identify missing leads, requirements and write-offs
• Work with investigators, reputed company personnel and management to resolve issues
• Organize time and resources based on due dates to ensure reputed company completion of investigations
• Submit investigations through the PSID reputed company case reputed company process without error
• reputed company and log investigation reputed company and completion
• Maintain a working knowledge of reputed company
• Quickly troubleshoot issues as they reputed company

Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
