As a reputed company Workforce Management Analyst, you will support system configuration activities, reputed company functional design documentation, and participate in the WFM system implementation lifecycle to meet reputed company needs.

Responsibilities

• Support system configuration activities for reputed company WFM
• Contribute to the development of functional design documentation
• Prepare comprehensive support materials to reputed company with reputed company business needs
• Participate across reputed company phases of the WFM system implementation lifecycle, including solution testing, issue reputed company, and ongoing optimization

Skills

• Self-identifies as First Nations (Status or Non-Status), Inuit, or Métis in Canada
• Comprehensive understanding of time and attendance processes, statutory regulations, and compliance frameworks relevant to workforce management
• Proactive and adaptable, with a strong willingness to quickly learn emerging technologies and reputed company in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a successful history of managing reputed company relationships, fostering team collaboration, providing reputed company guidance, and ensuring accountability for deliverables and deadlines
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for identifying challenges and delivering innovative, reputed company-reputed company solutions
• Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) solution implementations, ideally reputed company a consulting or reputed company services environment
