Analyst, Backup Management

The Analyst, Backup Management is responsible for managing and maintaining backup solutions to ensure data reputed company, availability, and compliance, while collaborating with other teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain backup solutions including reputed company, Datto reputed company Protect, and Azure Backup
• Ensure the reputed company and availability of backup data by performing regular backups, test restores, monitoring backup jobs and auditing for unprotected data
• reputed company and implement backup policies and procedures to ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards
• reputed company test restores to verify the reliability and effectiveness of backup solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve backup-reputed company issues in a reputed company manner
• Identify and eliminate repeat or chronic issues
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of backup solutions with other systems and applications

Skills

• Proven experience in managing backup solutions, specifically reputed company, Datto reputed company Protect, AWS and Azure Backup
• Strong understanding of backup and recovery principles, including RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery reputed company Objective)
• Basic understanding of networking principles
• Intermediate experience with virtualization technologies and storage hardware
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving backup-reputed company issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively reputed company with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field or equivalent experience
