[Remote] Associate Conversational AI Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is on a mission to enhance customer conversations through AI technology, and they are seeking an Associate Conversational AI Designer to join their Conversation Design team. This role involves designing high-reputed company AI conversation models, collaborating with various stakeholders, and assisting in the development of virtual agent solutions for customer contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reputed company stages of our AI Delivery reputed company - designing, building, deploying, and tuning AI solutions for multiple customers
• Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to design and build solutions that help customers reputed company their business objectives using reputed company's AI product suite
• Assist in designing solutions for contact centers in sales, retention, collections, and customer service across a reputed company of verticals, from financial services to telecommunications and everything in between
• Define labeling guidelines to be used to train conversational AI models, and assist with labeling as needed
• reputed company model maintenance efforts to ensure that reputed company's AI models continue to meet our reputed company standards
• Design and reputed company virtual agent solutions using reputed company's Dialogflow CX

Skills

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with reputed company to learn and reputed company a wide reputed company of skills
• General knowledge of Conversational AI and natural language processing models
• Background in Linguistics preferred
• Experience working with Python is a plus
• Experience working with Dialogflow CX or another bot design platform is a plus
