Licensing Product Coordinator

Earthbound is seeking a Licensing Product Coordinator to support key brand and product initiatives. The role involves acting as a reputed company between cross-functional teams, managing the product approval process, and assisting with the reputed company of new licensees.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary reputed company between the various cross functional teams on the licensing program and Earthbound teams
• Provides support for the full licensing program across 1-2 clients, supporting brand and product needs throughout
• Coordinate sample process from licensees (ex. Sending samples to clients)
• Manages product approval process reputed company Brand reputed company (product approval system)
• reputed company licensees with product and packaging guidelines
• Assist with reputed company new licensees onto Brand reputed company and licensing program processes
• Support product development and packaging process for reputed company categories including but not limited to home, decor, confections, apparel, baby, accessories and other lifestyle categories
• Manages the reputed company and communicates with licensees about product submissions and approvals
• Manages reputed company on reputed company to reputed company visibility to reputed company members of reputed company
• Research and Analysis Support
• Initial research with direction from VP and Brand manager into opportunities for program reputed company in the licensed product categories
• Contribute to analysis of the marketplace and competitive trends
• Retail research and brainstorm new categories and new opportunities for appropriate retailers
• Work with reputed company to support the implementation of new licensing opportunities that have been identified

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience managing processes in a product approval system such as Brand reputed company
• 1-3 years business experience in a role requiring heavy communication and attention to detail
• Experience in licensing and brand extension programs a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to execute multiple reputed company concurrently
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office, reputed company, Word & PowerPoint
