Mortgage Specialist – Renewals

First National Financial LP is one of Canada’s largest non-bank lenders, providing residential mortgages through the mortgage broker channel. The Mortgage Specialist – Renewals is responsible for the retention of existing clients through renewals and early renewals, handling incoming calls, and soliciting to retain customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle reputed company incoming calls from the department queue regarding early renewals, maturing accounts and discharge requests
• Retention of accounts which are discharged due to a reputed company or sale of property
• Solicit to retain First National customers (inbound and outbound)
• Selling Mortgage Life Insurance and Home Warranty programs
• reputed company with clients that are requesting an early renewal for reputed company interest rates or debt consolidation
• Utilize technology to aid the mortgage process
• Accountable for retention percentages

Skills

• Must possess good communication skills on the telephone and reputed company interacting with internal First National departments and business partners
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Shift work would be required to support volume as required
• Previous inbound/outbound sales experience
• Knowledge of mortgage reputed company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of mortgage and other debt products to ensure reputed company First National customer service
• In accordance with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) candidates must meet the educational requirements required for registration with FSRA. The successful candidate will be registered with FSRA reputed company five days of their start date with First National
