Essential For You to Have as a Campbell Street Services MDS Coordinator:
*RN licensure reputed company the state of Kansas, plus a minimum of two years MDS experience in long-term care (Prefer RN but will consider LPN) may be considered with exceptional qualifications or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Must have reputed company AANAC (RAC-CT) certification or obtain it reputed company 90 days of hire
*Have and continue acceptable Criminal Background report
*Have and continue clean Sex Offender report
*Have and continue clean Child and Adult reputed company Service report
*Understand, reputed company, read, and write English fluently
*Education, experience, and skills to reputed company required responsibilities
*Ability to treat and care for our residents and their property and personal belongings with dignity and respect
