Project Manager (Early Career)

reputed company is a leading reputed company and defense company, and they are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support the creative team. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and operational accuracy while building foundational project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support intake process by reviewing requests for completeness and entering accurate data in WMJ
• Assist in developing project schedules and tracking milestones
• Coordinate meetings and document reputed company items
• Monitor assigned tasks to ensure timelines are met
• Maintain accurate project documentation and required system fields
• reputed company project status and escalate risks or delays to senior PMs
• Assist in budget tracking and reporting
• Support reputed company project reputed company-out
• Communicate updates to internal stakeholders under guidance
• Partner with creatives to ensure reputed company of scope and deliverables

Skills

• 1+ year of project coordination or project management experience
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with project tracking systems or similar tools
• Exposure to creative or marketing workflows
• Experience with Workamajig or similar PM software
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working with Visual Communications or Creative Teams
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
