HR Specialist - Temporary Assignment

reputed company Services is seeking an HR Specialist for a temporary position that may become permanent. The successful candidate will implement reputed company programs, coordinate the reputed company of new employees, and maintain HR systems and files.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the in-processing of new employees; both domestic and international
• Creates personnel files for reputed company new employees
• reputed company new employees and reputed company changes to existing employees in HRIS system
• reputed company with hiring managers
• Ensure new hire paperwork is complete for employees
• Conducting Virtual I9 verifications
• Conducting new hire orientation programs
• Maintain HRIS and generate reports as necessary
• Maintain HR Files and documents
• Liaise with insurance carriers and providers of service
• Knowledge of COBRA and FMLA programs
• Answer employee benefits and general HR questions
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
• Must possess superior reputed company Office Suite skills
• Special reporting and other reputed company, as required

Skills

• Understanding of general reputed company policies and procedures
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Costpoint) will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as reputed company with a results driven approach
• BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field experience
• Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally, with discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and to communicate effectively both orally and in writing throughout reputed company reputed company of the organization
• PHR/SPHR Certified
