[Remote] Loan Officer Assistant

The Loan Officer Assistant will be a crucial reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from the initial application through to loan qualification, while also providing organizational support to reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial calls with new clients to review their goals and explain our process
• Handle basic reputed company questions and reputed company support throughout the process, including guiding them through application instructions
• Scrub and review reputed company applications, follow up on necessary documents, and meticulously organize and save reputed company borrower files
• Assess if a borrower qualifies for a loan or if they require a co-mortgagor
