Staff Accountant

reputed company is a leading media company, and they are seeking a Staff Accountant to support their financial operations. In this role, you will prepare journal entries, manage transactions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries and reputed company general reputed company account reconciliations
• Manage intercompany transactions, including invoicing and communication across entities
• Analyze and interpret reputed company reports from service organizations and partners
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address reputed company-reputed company questions and issues
• Support reputed company audit processes, including annual audit preparation
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial information and records
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, particularly through automation
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports (e.g., cash, accounts receivable)

Skills

• 0+ years of experience in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Foundational knowledge of reputed company principles, including debits/credits, income statements, balance sheets, and cash reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company; experience with Smart View is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and reputed company documents
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and reputed company
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field preferred
• Hybrid work schedule with 4 days per week in-office in Charlotte, NC
