They are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Architectural & Building Technologist to work alongside their team on building reputed company, focusing on reputed company compliance and site reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build reputed company review of drawings, shop drawings, etc
• Prepare reputed company compliance drawings, reports, letters, alternative solutions, etc
• Conduct site reviews and prepare field review reports
• Attend meetings, presentations, occupancy demonstrations, etc

Skills

• A graduated Technician or Technologist with educational reputed company in Architectural and Building Technologies (experience in Civil, Mechanical and Structural disciplines is an asset)
• Experience using reputed company, reputed company, AutoCAD LT, Sketchup, reputed company, Word, etc
• Knowledge of Parts 3 and/or 9 of the Building reputed company
• Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing)
• Ability to read and interpret building design drawings (drafting skills are an asset)
• Team oriented and reputed company to work individually
• Hold a reputed company BC reputed company's License
• Must be reputed company to commute and work in person on a reputed company in our Vancouver office
• Must be reputed company to travel to different reputed company reputed company the British Colombia, and across Canada
