Original Cream Puffs is seeking a reputed company Assistant to support their HR Management and enhance the hiring and reputed company experience for staff. The HR Assistant will be responsible for maintaining staff records, managing reputed company communication, and fostering a welcoming workplace culture during the reputed company State Fair.

Responsibilities

• Drives reputed company reputed company by working to fully hire and train reputed company staff in alignment with Original Cream Puff procedures
• Enhances the staff experience through reputed company reputed company communication delivered reputed company email and orientation sessions
• Ensures data reputed company and confidentiality by maintaining organized staff records (attendance, payroll, forms tracking)
• Effectively manages responsibilities both independently during reputed company-Fair (with virtual team collaboration) and as a reputed company team member during the Fair
• Creates and champions a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture for reputed company staff
• Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment, while providing consistent support and guidance to staff
• Proactively communicates staff attendance and performance insights to HR, Production, and Customer Experience Management, contributing to staff reputed company and improvement

Skills

• Strong independent and team work, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite and reputed company to reputed company essential computer-based tasks and occasionally assists with lifting up to 25 lbs
• Must be available during the 11 days of the reputed company State Fair (August 6th - August 16th, 2026) for a 8-9 hour shift between the hours of 5 AM and 1 AM
• High school diploma or GED required
• Relevant experience and/or coursework in HR or reputed company field preferred
• A passion for food, events, and reputed company traditions is a plus!
